แวะเมืองนิวออลีนส์
ที่จริงเมืองนี้มีประวัติศาสตร์เยอะมาก
ทั้งเรื่อง อิทธิพลฝรั่งเศส, สเปน, ประวัติศาสตร์ทาส, หลุยส์ อาร์มสตรอง, ต้นอ้อยพืชเศรษฐกิจ, ดนตรีแจ๊ส สงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง
จริงๆแล้วที่ผมอยากมาเมืองนี้ก็เพราะอยากมากินหอยนางรมราคาถูก ปู โปบอยแซนด์วิช กับอาหารเคจุ้นพื้นเมืองเท่านั้นแหละ
ในไกด์บุ๊คเขียนว่า French Quarter, ดูแจ๊สที่Frenchmen Street, Bourbon Street, Oak Alley Plantation, St. Louis Church ทัวร์ชมจระเข้ แม่น้ำมิสสิซิปปี้ อะไรเทือกนี้ ก็ไปๆดูมา พบว่าผมรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่ในย่านข้าวสารที่สามารถเมาในราคาถูกได้ ดนตรีแจ๊สเครื่องทองเหลืองดีๆ ก็หาดูตามบาร์ราคาถูกได้
Landmark ที่สำคัญในความคิดผมคือ ร้าน Felix ผู้ขายหอยนางรมมากว่า 70 ปี มีทีเด็ดอยู่ที่ Horseradish รสขึ้นจมูก (เหมือนวาซาบิเลย) เข้าออกๆอยู่ 5-6 ร้าน พบว่าร้านนี้อร่อยสุด ที่เหลือก็เมืองอันสวยงามเป็นเรื่องรองๆไป
ของฝากขึ้นชื่อของเมืองนี้ก็จะเป็น เบียร์ Abita กับ Tabasco Sauce
ต้องขอโทษที่ Blog นี้ไม่ค่อยมีรูปสถานที่สำคัญ น่าจะหาได้ตาม Google
After I finished all tradeshows in New York City.

There’re a lot of history – French/Spain Influences, Slave history, Sugar Cane,Louis Armstrong, Jazz Music, World War II
The real only point I wanted to come to this city are “Cheap Oysters, Crabs, Po’boy Sandwich and Traditional Cajun foods,
In the city guide written – “French Quarter,Jazz at Frenchmen Street, Bourbon Street, Oak Alley Plantation, St. Louis Church, Crocodile Tour, Mississippi River. I did all but finally I found out myself feels like hanging out at Khaosan Road in Bangkok which we can get drunk in really cheap price. Good jazz brass bands can find in any value bars.
Important landmark in my mind is Felix Restaurant which experienced in oysters more than 70 years. Highlighted at signature horseradish taste like wasabi.I was on and off in 5 restaurant and this place is the most I like (and quiet). The rest of the city for me was like second things.
